Player Notes

Player notes are a critical part of aiding your advancement in your poker strategy. Writing notes on other players always seems to be the one everyone forgets to do. You play her; she wins and sucks out on the river. Next week you play her again and low and behold she sucks out on the river. Dam why didn’t you see that coming? Why didn’t you bet stronger earlier to get that fish off the hand?

So you’ve written your notes on her, she comes to the table and beside her avatar is a little post-it note. You read it, “that’s the one that got me last week, I knew I’d come across her sooner or later, I’ve got you this time. Your cards are marked!”

It’s as simple as that, most sites all you need to do is right click on their avatar and your knew fold knowledge pad has sprung up beside her for you to note those important comments. It doesn’t need to be War and Peace volume 2, any simple one-word phrases that remind you of how she plays. Is she strong, average or weak; tight or loose; a bluffer or a rock; a fish or a respecter of raises?

The more and more you write notes on your players the more and more you come across them. Now with your ultimate arsenal of post-it note weaponry your ready to bluff, fish, play tight, fold or the best………… take their money and cheer. Get writing, they’ve already got their notes on you, you don’t want them getting your money……… do you? No.
